One Morning Left is a Finnish metalcore band formed in 2008 in Vaasa. Known for their vibrant energy and fusion of electronic elements with heavy guitar riffs, the band quickly established a strong presence in the Finnish heavy music scene. Their debut album, “The Bree-Teenz,” released in 2011, was followed by several more that showcased their evolving style and technical proficiency.

After their initial success, One Morning Left released “Our Sceneration” in 2013 under Spinefarm Records. They continued to build their discography with “Metalcore Superstars” in 2016 through Inverse Records, and “Hyperactive” in 2021, published by Arising Empire. Each album further showcased the band’s ability to blend catchy electronic elements with hardcore metal riffs.

The band has toured extensively, sharing stages with notable bands like Electric Callboy and Blind Channel. Their dynamic live performances have also taken them across Japan, the UK, and multiple tours throughout Europe, earning them a dedicated international fanbase. Now based in Tampere, One Morning Left continues to grow their following and influence in the metal scene.

In the fall of 2024, One Morning Left is set to release their newest album, continuing their tradition of high-energy music and innovative soundscapes. The upcoming album will be published by the German label Arising Empire, marking a new chapter in their expansive career. Recently, they have released new music videos for the tracks “Summerlovin,” “Emerald Dragon,” and “Tonight,” each adding to their vibrant and energetic repertoire.
